Terms of Service

1. The service

Zombie Trend Maker makes a short AI-generated video from two photos you upload. The story of the video is fixed; you choose who is in it and a few settings. You must be at least 18 to use it.

2. Rules for photos

By uploading photos you confirm that:

• Every person in them is an adult.
• Every person in them has agreed to appear in the video.
• None of them is a celebrity or other public figure.
• You have the right to use the photos, and they contain no nudity or sexual content.

Photos are checked automatically before a video is made, and a photo that fails the check is refused. The check is not perfect: you remain responsible for the photos you upload and for what you do with the video.

3. Credits and payment

Videos are paid for with credits, bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription. A video costs 4 credits at 480p, 6 credits at 720p, 10 credits at 1080p; the cost is shown before you press Generate. Credits do not expire.

Credits are taken when a video starts. If the video cannot be made, they are returned to your balance automatically. Payments are handled by Stripe.

4. Refunds

Credit packs are digital goods that are delivered at once, so purchases are final. We refund a payment when you were charged twice for the same pack, when you paid and the credits never arrived, or when the law where you live requires it.

A video that fails gives its credits back; it is not refunded in money. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to support@zombietrendmaker.com from the address you signed in with.

5. What you get

Videos are generated by AI, and each one is different. Faces may not match the photos exactly and details may be imperfect. If a video is not what you wanted, you can make another; a finished video is not grounds for a refund.

You may use your videos for personal and commercial purposes, including posting them on social platforms. Platforms ask you to label AI-generated content: do so.

6. What you may not do

• Make a video of someone to harass, humiliate, threaten or deceive them or anyone else.
• Present a video as real footage.
• Upload photos of minors, or of people who have not agreed.
• Use the service in a way that breaks the law, or try to get around the photo checks or the credit system.

We may refuse a request, remove a video or close an account that breaks these rules.

7. Your content

Your photos stay yours. You give us permission to process them, and to store the resulting video, only as far as needed to provide the service. How they are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Independent tool

Zombie Trend Maker is an independent product. It is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, the creators of the original trend, or the makers of the AI models it uses.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it. Questions: support@zombietrendmaker.com.
