Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details from Google sign-in: your email address, name and profile picture.
• The two photos you upload for a video, and the choices you make for it (cast, memory, shape, quality, sound).
• The videos made for you, and a record of each one: when it was made, its settings and whether it finished.
• Purchases: which credit pack you bought, when, and the amount. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the page or link that brought you here.

2. How your photos are used

Your photos are used to make your video and for nothing else. They are not shown publicly and we do not use them, or your videos, to train AI models.

Before a video is made, an automated check looks at each photo to enforce the photo rules: the people in it must be adults, and photos of celebrities or other public figures are not accepted. No person at our end looks at your photos as part of this check.

The photos and the finished video are processed and stored by our AI provider, fal.ai, under its own terms. Files there are reachable only through a long, unguessable link. Once your video is finished or has failed, we remove the links to your photos from our own records.

3. Your videos

Finished videos are listed for you under "Your videos" while you are signed in, so you can download them again. Download any video you want to keep: we do not promise to keep it available forever.

With the "Silent" option, the soundtrack is switched off in the file before it is given to you.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share only what each of these services needs to do its job:

• fal.ai: photo checks and video generation (your photos and the resulting video).
• Stripe: payments (your email and purchase).
• Google: sign-in, and Google Analytics to count visits.
• Vercel and Neon: hosting and the database behind the site.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, to remember where you first came from, and (through Google Analytics) to count visits. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Your choices

Email support@zombietrendmaker.com from the address you signed in with to get a copy of your data, to have your account and its records deleted, or to ask us to request deletion of your files from our provider.

7. Age

Zombie Trend Maker is for adults only. Do not use it, and do not upload photos of anyone, under 18.

8. Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. Questions: support@zombietrendmaker.com.
